The personal data that the User provides through forms, email or any other means on the Website will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Query and Contact Management: Respond to requests for information, questions or complaints.

  • User and/or Client Management: Process orders, reservations, purchases or contracting of services.

  • Commercial Communications (with prior consent): Send information about products, services, promotions or events related to Mercado del Barranco, provided that the User has expressly authorized it.

3. Legitimation of the Treatment
The legal basis for processing is the User's consent, the execution of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures, and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of the Controller. In the case of commercial communications, the basis is the User's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Data Conservation
Personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and as long as there are legal obligations arising from the processing. Once the purposes have been completed, the data will be kept blocked for the legally established period, after which they will be deleted.

5. Communication of Data to Third Parties
Data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required or necessary for the provision of the service (for example, service providers contracted by the Controller who act as data processors).

6. User Rights
The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit the processing and request the portability of their data. To exercise these rights, they must send a written communication to info@mercadodelbarranco.com attaching a copy of a valid document proving their identity. Likewise, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider their rights have been violated.

7. Security Measures
The Controller undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised access or unauthorised processing.
